Me Tri Dormitory: Allocating accommodation funds for the 2017-2018 school year

1. Reserve fund
According to the newly updated CASA information from Me Tri Dormitory Management Board, in the 2016-2017 school year, the total number of rooms is 292 with 1896 seats, including:
– Fund for students under the agreement of the University of Natural Sciences, University of Social Sciences and Humanities is: 96 seats (24 rooms in building B1)
– Fund for receiving guests and experts of training units for short-term stay, 50 seats (30 rooms on floors 1, 2, 3, Building B2)
– Students of Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy: 40 seats, of which 20 seats are for students of QH 2017 course.
– Students of University of Education: 100 seats, QH 2017 course is 40 seats.
– 830 seats for students of the University of Natural Sciences, of which 272 seats are for students of the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences, and 200 seats are for students of the QH2017 course.
– Students of University of Social Sciences and Humanities: 830 seats, QH 2017 course is 330 seats.

2. Time to arrange students to stay in the dormitory
– For students of High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences: Completed all procedures.
– For students of QH 2016, QH 2015, QH 2014 courses of training units: Expected date: August 25, 26, 2017.
– For students of QH 2017 course according to the schedule of the training units.

3. Boarding students
– Children of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers
– Ethnic minorities
– Remote areas, border areas, islands
– Particularly difficult circumstances
– Achieved high scores in the 2016 entrance exam

4. Reception location
– For students of QH 2017 course, the dormitory will receive them at the training units and students will complete the application form and pay the fee on the 1st floor of Building C0.
– Working time during office hours.
