10. Summary of thesis results:
The thesis has synthesized and analyzed theories related to the issue of information content management in the field of journalism. The thesis has analyzed the theoretical and practical basis of domestic and international information management in press agencies in Vietnam today, in order to better understand the management process and the impact of digital transformation on domestic and international information content management activities for press agencies.
During the research, the author identified and analyzed important factors in the management of domestic international information content in newspapers, including human resources, resources, processes and policies. By combining theories and practical research, the author proposed a comprehensive theoretical framework for the management of domestic international information content in newspapers in Vietnam, to ensure effectiveness and sustainability in the digital transformation process.
In addition, the author also conducted a survey and assessed the current status of VNA's domestic international information management. Thereby, the author identified existing problems in VNA's domestic international information content management activities, including shortages in human resources, processes, technology, finance, etc.
Based on the analysis and evaluation, the author has proposed a number of solutions to improve the efficiency of domestic international information content management activities in accordance with VNA. These solutions include training and strengthening human resources, applying flexible management processes and especially building specific policy mechanisms, improving technical infrastructure and facilities.
Overall, the thesis has presented an overview of the management of domestic international information content in the field of journalism in Vietnam. By synthesizing theory and practical research, the thesis has proposed a comprehensive theoretical framework and provided insight into the current situation and challenges in the management process of VNA.
