The thesis analyzed the birth and content of the six Buddhist harmony methods and gave a general overview of the research area. On that basis, the thesis pointed out the influences of Buddhist ethics in general, specifically the six Buddhist harmony methods, on Buddhist ethics in Gia Lam district, Hanoi city. The thesis affirmed the role and influence of Buddhist ethics on the ethics of believers. The thesis made a number of recommendations to promote the positive influences of Buddhist ethics in general, specifically the six Buddhist harmony methods, in the moral life of Buddhists.
