On March 12, 2023, the 10th Congress of the Vietnam Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU, for the 2023-2025 term took place successfully. The Congress is an important political event for the members and students of the University. The Congress summarized and evaluated the work of the Association and the student movement of the University for the 2020-2023 term, approved the targets for the 2023-2025 term and at the same time consulted the Executive Committee for the new term.

Attending and directing the Congress: Comrade Hua Thanh Hoa - President of the Student Association of Hanoi National University, Prof. Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan - Principal of the University. Comrades in the Executive Board of the Student Association of the University and Representatives of the Youth Union of the University; former officers of the Association of different periods; representatives of the Associations and colleges and universities in Hanoi and Representatives of the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM
In addition, the Congress had the presence of 200 official delegates who are outstanding members and students from the Student Association's branches, Clubs/Groups/Teams/Groups representing more than 8,000 members and students studying at the school.

Summing up the work of the Association and student movement for the 2020-2023 term with the strict implementation of the Resolution of the 9th Congress of the Student Association for the 2020-2023 term with the slogan: "Accompanying - Breakthrough - Responsibility", the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU has left many impressive achievements during 3 years of operation. The Student Association always supports and builds a healthy environment with many useful playgrounds, helping students have more opportunities to express and develop themselves. Especially the breakthrough in student movement activities. The model "Shining Humanity" has attracted 400 students, with 100 model groups, achieving the highest result with 100% of students in the participating group achieving the title of 5 Good Students at the city level; 100% of the groups achieved the title of 5 Good Students at the school level or higher.
During the past term, about 3,000 students registered to strive to become 5-Good Students at all levels; 4 students achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the Central level, 5 groups achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the Central level; 63 students achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the City level, 6 groups achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the City level; 8 students achieved the title of Outstanding 5-Good Students at the Hanoi National University level, 168 students achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the Hanoi National University level, 10 groups achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the Hanoi National University level; 688 students achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the school level, 10 groups achieved the title of 5-Good Students at the school level. Of which, the K64 Vietnam Studies Association was honored to achieve the title of 5-Good Students at the Central level for 2 consecutive years.

Within the framework of the Congress, delegates listened to the presentation "Solutions to promote the 5-good Student movement from the practical model of Shining Humanity" presented by Comrade Hoang Minh Ngoc - Former President of the Faculty of Vietnamese Studies and Vietnamese Language in the second half of the 2019-2021 term, the first half of the 2021-2023 term.

Also at the Congress, comrade Hua Thanh Hoa congratulated the activities and achievements of the Executive Committee of the Student Association for the 2020-2023 term and awarded certificates of merit to individuals and groups with outstanding achievements in the Association's work and student movement, and expressed his hope that the Association's movement and the Youth Union's work will always go hand in hand and develop together.

The 2020 - 2023 term, with the efforts, dedication and contributions of the Executive Committee, has made the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi increasingly develop, bringing a healthy playground to students, and at the same time reaping many achievements. With that premise, it is expected that the Executive Committee of the 10th term will continue its journey, bringing the Association's work and the student movement of the school to become stronger and closer to students.
