5 officers were recognized with the title of Excellent Soldier at the Ministry level

On March 9, 2009, the Minister of Education and Training signed Decision No. 2242/QD-BGD DT on recognizing the title of Emulation Fighter at the Ministry level for 18 individuals of VNU in the 2007-2008 school year.
