Regulations on building a cultural environment in schools

On April 9, 2009, the President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities signed Official Dispatch No. 528/XHNV-TC regulating the building of a cultural environment in the School.

According to regulations, from April 20, 2009, the School requires all staff, civil servants and students to strictly follow the following regulations:

1. Do not drink alcohol before or during work or study hours. Do not use alcohol during seminars or conferences.
2. No smoking in elevators, offices, meeting rooms, halls, classrooms, and building a smoke-free environment on campus.
3. Do not use mobile phones in meetings, while in class, studying, taking exams and proctoring exams.
4. Trade Unions, Veterans Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and Student Association coordinate with departments and units to propagate and mobilize cadres, civil servants, and students of the whole school to properly implement these regulations.
