Financial Conference 2011

On November 9, the 2011 Financial Conference of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities was held. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Rector - chaired the conference. Participants included representatives of leaders and financial specialists of the units.The conference listened to the report summarizing the financial work of the 2010 school year and the plan for implementation in 2011. Next, the delegates exchanged and discussed some main contents: - Amending and supplementing some contents in the internal spending regulations - General principles in financial revenue and expenditure activities - Procedures and processes for advance payment and payment of expenditures - Urging payment activities and preparing to close the 2011 budget settlement - Instructions on how to record financial revenue and expenditure - Instructions on managing and using some additional sources of revenue at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
