More than 700 candidates passed the university training exam, 2102

On November 9, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities solemnly held the opening ceremony of the postgraduate training course for the 2012-2013 academic year.Attending the ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc - Head of Training Department of Hanoi National University, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Rector of the University, leaders of Faculties/Departments and functional departments of the University. In the 2012-2013 academic year, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities had more than 1,000 candidates taking the entrance exam for 27 master's training majors and 18 doctoral training majors. The entrance exam results showed that 690 candidates were admitted to graduate school, including 38 transfer students and 414 candidates; 49 candidates were admitted to doctoral studies, including 2 transfer students and 47 candidates. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu announced the opening of the postgraduate training program for the 2012-2013 academic year and congratulated the admitted graduate students and doctoral students. The Vice President discussed a number of issues related to postgraduate learning and emphasized that lecturers, graduate students and postgraduates need to make efforts to “teach well and learn well”. At the same time, the Vice President hoped that students and postgraduates would overcome difficulties in life and themselves to complete the training program well. Immediately after the opening ceremony, graduate students and postgraduates were informed about the postgraduate training regulations. Next, the Faculties/Departments also organized meetings with students and postgraduates to announce the study schedule.
