Financial Conference 2012

On November 28, 2012, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the 2012 financial conference. Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of the University chaired the conference.Attending the conference were representatives of the leaders of the Faculties/Departments, functional departments and Centers under the School, and officers in charge of finance and administration of the units. The conference listened to the summary report of the School's financial activities in 2012; the payment situation and some shortcomings in the settlement of expenses in the units; the report on the expected adjustment and supplementation of some contents in the Internal Expenditure Regulations. Representatives of the units exchanged and discussed the main issues such as: amending and supplementing some contents in the Internal Expenditure Regulations; general principles in financial activities; some procedures and processes for advance payment and payment of expenses; settlement of expenses for teaching staff... The exchanged opinions were immediately answered fully by Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa and representatives of the Planning and Finance Department. The Vice Principal affirmed that the opinions of the units related to financial activities and the specific practical situation at the units will be continued to be considered and adjusted appropriately by the School in the coming time.
