Plan to organize school anniversary activities

Pursuant to Plan No. 1183 dated May 28, 2015 on organizing activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of tradition (1945-2015) and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (1995-2015) of the Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the University announces the following celebration activities:

1. October 1, 2015:Meet the press

• Time: 8:30 to 9:30
• Location: Meeting room 506, building E, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

2. October 3, 2015:Student Camp and Art Performance of School staff and students.

• Time: + Student camp: from 7:00 to 17:00

+ Art performance: from 19:00 to 23:00

• Location: E yard, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.

3. October 6, 2015:Celebration of the 70th anniversary of tradition (1945-2015) and 20th anniversary of establishment of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (1995-2015)

• Time: 8:00 to 11:00
• Location: National Convention Center, 57 Pham Hung, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
• Participants: All staff working at the School and student representatives of all courses according to the list of the Department of Politics and Student Affairs. On October 6, 2015, all students of the school will have a day off.
• Ceremony attire:Men wear dark suits and ties; Women wear traditional ao dai.

4. October 7, 2015: Forum of Rectors of Universities in the Red River Basin

• Time: 8:30 to 17:00
• Location: Bao Son Hotel, 50 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hanoi

Heads of units are requested to notify all staff and students of the plan to organize the school's anniversary activities.
