New document issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs

On August 31, 2015, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued Circular No.04/2015/TT-BNVon amendments and supplementsArticle 6Circular No.15/2012/TT-BNVdated December 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding on recruitment, signing of employment contracts and compensation for training and development costs for civil servants.University of Social Sciences and Humanities would like to publish the contents of the above documents. This Circular takes effect from October 15, 2015.
