Celebration of 70 years of tradition, 20 years of establishment of the School and receiving the First Class Labor Medal for the second time.

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, formerly known as the University of Letters, was established by President Ho Chi Minh's Decree (October 10, 1945). After the period of Hanoi University of Science (since 1956), it has now had 70 years of construction and development. During those 70 years, the University has achieved many important achievements and become a leading training and research center of the country, contributing greatly to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In order to review and summarize the past development stages, the School will organize commemorative activities and the 70th Anniversary of tradition, 20th anniversary of the School's establishment and receive the First Class Labor Medal for the second time.
