For more than 3 hours, Professor Dr. Nguyen Quang Ngoc provided material and written historical documents - scientific and objective historical evidence - the results of many years of research by him and many other scientists to highlight the contents related to a number of issues: - The process of gradually reclaiming the East Sea - Establishing sovereignty through the activities of the Hoang Sa and Bac Hai teams - Affirming and exercising sovereignty through the activities of the Nguyen Dynasty Navy - The issue of sovereignty in Hoang Sa and Truong Sa during the French colonial period - Vietnam's sovereignty in Hoang Sa and Truong Sa: Current situation and emerging issues All historical documents are solid and reliable evidence confirming Vietnam's indisputable and irrefutable sovereignty over the two Truong Sa archipelagos and Hoang Sa in particular and the East Sea in general.

The presentation and subsequent discussions on the one hand showed the need for in-depth, broad research programs combining many different scientific disciplines and fields in the study of sovereignty over islands in particular and territorial sovereignty in general. On the other hand, there is a need for a national strategy to disseminate scientific documents to determine sovereignty and educate patriotism for all generations of Vietnamese people. Vietnam's sovereignty over the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa is sacred and no one, no force can deny it!
