The Center for Psychological Support and Counseling is a scientific, research, training and application organization of psychology and social sciences of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. The Center was established on July 29, 2004.The center operates under Decree No. 35/HDBT dated January 28, 1992 of the Council of Ministers (now the Government) on science and technology management; Joint Circular of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment - Government Personnel Organization Committee No. 195-LB dated November 13, 1992 guiding the registration of activities of scientific research and technology development organizations.
