On May 10, the History Faculty Union organized the third final round of the 2011 “Following History” competition. The competition aims to improve comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of history while creating a healthy and useful playground for students.
On May 10, the History Faculty Union organized the third final round of the 2011 “Following History” competition. The competition aims to improve comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of history while creating a healthy and useful playground for students.The 4 teams participating in the final round include K54 History Pedagogy with the name Muong Thanh, K54 General History with the name 307, K54 High-quality History with the name Thien Tich, K55 High-quality History with the name Hao Khi Dong A. These 4 teams were selected through the preliminary rounds with 11 participating teams from different courses of the Faculty of History. The judges of the competition are lecturers of the Faculty of History: Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Dang Tri, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Quan, Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan. In the final round, the teams participated in 4 competitions with the names: Warm-up with history - History code - Specialized knowledge - Historical rhetoric. The diverse and comprehensive questions from many different majors of history were confidently expressed by the students through each competition. Answering 10 questions in round 1, the team with the highest score in this part of the competition was the K54 History team with 70 points. In the "History Code" competition, the K55 High Quality team surpassed with a score of 160 in part 2 and continued to win the highest score in round 3 with 260 points. In the final round, the team with the highest score belonged to K54 General History with a score of 130 points. After 4 rounds, the team with the highest total score of 335, winning the final round belonged to K55 High Quality (Dong A Spirit). In addition, 16 students participating in the final round received 16 English scholarships awarded by the Vietnam - UK English Center.
