Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated the proposals of Dr. Park Sohwa and believed that promoting E-learning is suitable for USSH in the process of modernization and international integration. According to him, the current integration requires the University to improve its facilities, technology quality, Internet network as well as the awareness of teachers and students in using technology. Therefore, he hopes to receive long-term attention from Cyber State University and hopes that USSH will be included in the list of universities in the ASEAN Digital University Network.
The initiative for the “ASEAN Cyber University” project was first proposed by the ASEAN Secretary General at the ASEAN-Korea Summit in 2009. Accordingly, since 2010, Korea has implemented a pilot project to build infrastructure for e-learning in Cambodia - Laos - Vietnam - Malaysia.
