On the morning of July 30, 2014, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the 2014 Master's Degree Award Ceremony. This year, 420 graduate students completed their studies to receive a Master's degree from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

These students graduated from 25 master's training majors of the University. Among them, the majors with the largest number of graduates are Science and Technology Management (46 students), History of the Communist Party of Vietnam (46 students), Social Work (28 students), Ho Chi Minh Studies (30 students)...

The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the country's leading prestigious training institution in Social Sciences and Humanities. The total number of current postgraduate training programs of the University is 57, of which 03 programs are part of the Strategic Mission. Last school year, the University completed and was approved by VNU to plan postgraduate training majors until 2020. Accordingly, by 2020, the University will have 38 master's training majors and 31 doctoral training majors.

In the 2013-2014 academic year, the School has 02 new postgraduate training programs approved and put into training: PhD in International Relations and PhD in Anthropology. The School is promoting the construction of 02 doctoral training programs in the fields of Religious Studies, Information Science - Library and 06 master's training programs in the fields of Vietnamese Cultural History, Vietnamese Studies, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, Office Management, Clinical Psychology.
