Director of VNU wishes the school a happy new year

On the morning of February 8, 2011, Prof. Dr. Mai Trong Nhuan - Director of VNU - together with leaders of functional departments of VNU came to congratulate the University of Social Sciences and Humanities on the occasion of the New Year of the Cat 2011.At the meeting, the Director of VNU affirmed that 2010 was a year of many successes for the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, notably the event when the University was honored to receive the Ho Chi Minh Medal. According to the Director, last year the University of Social Sciences and Humanities also created three great impressions: First, it was a school that organized credit-based training; Second, 2010 was a year of launching the internationalization of social sciences and humanities training, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities went in the right direction, preserving its humanistic identity; Third, in 2010, more than 1/3 of international events and many other scientific activities were organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, thereby affirming its position, prestige and brand domestically and internationally. Entering the new year 2011, Prof. Dr. Mai Trong Nhuan wished the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to continue to be a pioneer in promoting internationalization in the field of social sciences and humanities, always being a bright spot attracting many foreign students to study. On behalf of the University's leadership, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Rector of the University - thanked VNU for giving the University special attention and favor, and wished VNU many new successes in the new year.
