On the afternoon of January 19, 2011, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Principal of the School - together with representatives of leaders of several faculties, departments, and functional offices had a meeting and worked with Mr. Matthieu Lacave - Independent Appraiser invited by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and representatives of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
On the afternoon of January 19, 2011, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Vice Principal of the School - together with representatives of leaders of several faculties, departments, and functional offices had a meeting and worked with Mr. Matthieu Lacave - Independent Appraiser invited by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs - and representatives of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.At the working session, the representative of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs mainly focused on inspecting and evaluating two French-language joint training programs: organizational management and hotel management. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu presented the results and activities of the French-language programs at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The representative of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs highly appreciated the effectiveness of the French-language training programs at the University. Next, the two sides exchanged and discussed the development orientation of French-language joint training programs in the future. It is known that the organizational management program started in 2007 with 27 students participating in the training, in 2008 there were 20 students, in 2009 there were 24 students, in 2010 there were 24 students; the hotel management program organized the first course starting in 2008 with 34 students, the second course with 23 students. These two programs will continue to be deployed and developed in the coming years.
