Thirty reports at the workshop focused on the main contents:

- The role of the Information and Library industry in the information society;

- The role and requirements of human resources in Information and Library in response to the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country;

- Human resource requirements for Information - Library in the organization and operation of modern libraries, digital libraries, electronic libraries;

- Current status of human resources working in information agencies and libraries;

- Ability to meet social needs of training human resources in information and library;

- The role of information professionals and libraries in satisfying information/documentation needs of users;

- Solutions to improve the quality of human resources in information and library.
