Pursuant to the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held the 26th Party Congress. The plan for the Congress of Party cells and the Party Congress is as follows:
I. BRANCH CONGRESS
1. TimeParty cells hold congresses: From April 20 to May 20, 2010.
2. Congress content- Discuss and give opinions on the draft Political Report of the Party Committee to be submitted to the 26th Congress of Party Delegates. - Discuss and give opinions on the draft Political Report of the 11th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. - Elect delegates to attend the 26th Congress of the School Party Delegates. - Introduce personnel to participate in the Party Executive Committee for the 26th term - For the Congress of the Faculty of Management Sciences Party Cell and the Department of Political Science Party Cell, in addition to the above contents, the Congress will carry out the following 2 contents: + Discuss the Political Report of the Party Cell + Elect the Executive Committee for the 2010-2012 term.
II. XXVITH CONGRESS OF THE SCHOOL PARTY COMMITTEE
1. Time and location of the Congress2 days (expected on June 14 and 15, 2010). - Preparatory session: from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., June 14, 2010 - Official session: from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., June 15, 2010, at the 8th floor Hall, Building E.
2. Congress Content- Discuss the Political Report of the Party Committee for the 25th term. - Elect the Party Executive Committee for the 26th term. - Discuss and contribute opinions to the Political Reports of the Party Committee of Hanoi National University and the 11th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. - Elect Delegates to the Congress of the Party Committee of Hanoi National University.
3. Delegates attending the CongressPrinciples for allocating delegates to the School Party Congress: based on the number of official party members currently active in the Party cell and the location of each Party cell. The total number of delegates summoned to attend the School Party Congress is 125 delegates, allocated as follows:

III. IMPLEMENTATION ORGANIZATION
- Party cells register the Party cell congress schedule with the Party Committee Office at least 7 days before the congress date. - Submit the congress documents: congress minutes, summary report of comments on the draft Political Report of the Party Committee of the School, the Party Committee of VNU, and the 11th National Congress (record each summary report separately), minutes of vote counting and ballots for delegates to the Party Congress of the School, list of delegates to the Congress (according to the form), list of personnel recommendations to participate in the Party Committee of the School for the 26th term (Congress Report of the Party cell, Congress Resolution, minutes of vote counting and ballots for the Party cell committee for the 2 Party cell congresses with 4 contents) to the Party Committee (through the Party Committee Office), no later than May 21, 2010. - Delegates elected by the Congress of the Party cells to attend the Party Congress of the School need to arrange time to fully attend the Congress. Propose that Party Committees of Party cells disseminate the above contents to all Party members, cadres, civil servants and students in the unit and organize the good implementation of this plan.
