Thesis is a workThe first study approaches from the perspective of international relations (theory and practice) to fully identify Vietnam - Laos cooperation in the field of staff training (2001-2015), givingspecific perspective on cooperation in education and training, human resource development between the two countries, fromThat helps to have a more comprehensive understanding of the special traditional friendship between Vietnam and Laos.
The thesis has systematized and analyzed more clearly the theoretical and practical basis of cooperation in training cadres between Vietnam and Laos.;theViewpoints and policies of the two Parties and two States towardscooperateLao cadre training; consider cadre training as the core to maintain and strengthen the special solidarity between the two countries for the goal of peace, cooperation, development and prosperity.
Based on the analysis of the current situation of Vietnam - Laos cadre training cooperation (2001-2015), the thesis provides objective and complete assessments of achievements, limitations and causes to contribute tobetter identify this important area of ​​cooperation.
The thesis results affirm: To carry out long-term strategic international tasks, it is necessary to have the coordination ofboard, department,industry, functional agencies of the two countries, as well as the efforts of trained Lao officials.From the practice of cooperation in training cadres in the period 2001-2015,suggested thesisthesolution, proposefeasible proposal,to Strengthen cooperation in training cadres, especially for the team of leaders and managers for the Party and State of the Lao People's Democratic Republic innext time
12. Practical application
Practice hCooperation in training and fostering cadres between Vietnam and Laos has shown the strategic significance in international cooperation in general, and in the two neighboring countries in particular, and also inone of the main contents of international relations today.
The research results of the thesis with specific solutions clearly affirm the importance of cooperation in training cadres for Laos. This is also a special task for departments, ministries, branches and localities of Vietnam in the past, present and in the future. The thesis is a useful reference document in research and teaching about international cooperation in general, Vietnam - Laos in particular, to contribute to preserving,cultivatedeepen the traditional friendly neighborly relationship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
From a bilateral perspective: The thesis further clarifies cooperation in staff training.To beeffective wayhelp train policy makers, leaders and managers at all levels for Laos, they themselves are "friendship ambassadors"contributing to spreading and strengthening the special sentiment between the people of the two countries, in order to carry out Vietnam - Laos cooperation tasks in all fields.
Vietnam's workTraining and fostering experienced, high-quality cadres for the Lao Party and State is really necessary.in contextglobalization, international integration and the 4.0 revolutionis going strong.This is also an opportunity for generations, especially young cadres, to better understand and promote the spirit of autonomy to implement the strategy and tasks of developing Vietnam and Laos, contributing to strengthening the special solidarity of the two countries in the new conditions.
From a multilateral perspective: Cooperation in training human resources in general and cadres in particular of the two countries also contributes to building an increasingly strong and cohesive ASEAN community in the trend of major countries increasingly strengthening cooperation with Southeast Asia... thereby contributing tostrengthening peace, stability, friendship, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

The thesis is the first piece of research approaching from the perspective of international relations (theory and practice) to fully identify Vietnam - Laos cooperation in cadre training (2001-2015), providing a specific perspective on cooperation in education, training and human resource development between the two countries, thereby helping to have a more comprehensive understanding of the traditional friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
The thesis has systematized and analyzed more clearly the theoretical and practical foundations of cadre training cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, theviewpoints, guidelinesof the two parties and two states for cooperation in training Lao cadres; Consider cadre training as the core issue in order to maintain and strengthen the special solidarity between the two countries for the sake of peace, cooperation, development and prosperity.
