Currently, the Party Cell has 38 party members, including: 20 official party members, 18 probationary party members; 15 party members are cadres; 23 party members are students; 15 party members have postgraduate degrees (02 Associate Professors, 09 PhDs, 04 Masters); 01 party member has a university degree; 22 party members are students (high school level).
Comrade Nguyen Manh Dung - Party Cell Secretary presented the Report on evaluating the leadership work of the Party Cell in implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 and the Self-criticism of the Party Cell Committee.
According to the Report on the Evaluation of the Party Cell's Leadership for the 2022 - 2025 Term, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Management Sciences continues to develop in scale and quality with the mission of "Striving to become a prestigious center in research and training of high-quality human resources in science and management practice".
During this term, the Party Committee directed to prioritize the work of attracting high-quality human resources, reviewing and supplementing the personnel planning of the Party Committee, leadership and management positions under the management of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, 2031 - 2036.
The Party cell directs the government to develop a strategy to adjust the organizational structure and develop the team from now until 2025 and vision to 2030; proactively diversify training programs, innovate the training program framework in accordance with the direction of the School and VNU, identifying the compilation of textbooks and lectures as a key task.
The Party cell promotes scientific research activities, especially international publications and book publishing, continues to maintain and promote the role of strong research groups at the Hanoi National University level, and presides over state-level scientific and technological tasks in the Social Sciences and Humanities program serving national development...
The Congress determined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions of the Party cell for the 2025 - 2027 term. Accordingly, the Party cell determined the direction to promote the comprehensive leadership role of the Party cell, successfully implement all targets and tasks to improve the quality of training and scientific research to meet social needs; expand cooperation to develop and enhance the position of the unit. The Congress report emphasized that personnel work is the focus of the focus, the center of the center in all activities of the Party cell, government and mass organizations. Building a strong Party cell in terms of organization, ensuring the ability to lead the unit and mass organizations to successfully complete assigned political tasks, with the main tasks. Democracy, solidarity, exemplary self-criticism, promoting the role of each Party member and innovating the leadership method of the Party cell are always factors ensuring the building of a clean and strong Party cell.
The Party cell focuses on directing the implementation of the strategy for developing a team of scientific staff and successor experts; focusing on building a team of lecturers who meet the standards of Professor/Associate Professor; Improving the quality of training in the context of university autonomy; building new scientific research orientations associated with training goals. In addition, the Faculty continues to promote strong research directions to gradually build strong research groups; assessing the needs of society for training through conducting scientific projects to survey the employment situation of students and graduate students after graduation; developing a network of alumni.
The Congress also adopted the slogan for action in the upcoming term as "Solidarity - Discipline - Responsibility - Proactiveness - Quality" to implement the above goals and tasks.

In the context of many challenges regarding university autonomy; the human resource market, the training market with increasingly strong competition and strict quality screening, some tasks of the Faculty need to adapt quickly. The Faculty also needs specific solutions to implement the strategy of internationalizing training and scientific research activities.

The Party Committee of the Faculty of Management Science for the 2025-2030 term is expected to be a united collective with sufficient capacity to lead the Party cell and unit. After the Congress, the Party Cell will develop a comprehensive Action Program for the entire term to have a basis for activities, aiming to successfully implement the policies, tasks and goals set forth by the Congress.
The Congress unanimously passed the Resolution and elected the Party Committee of the Faculty of Management Science.
