Vice President Dao Thanh Truong expressed his joy at welcoming German experts to visit and directly discuss with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Institute of Policy and Management, and affirmed: In more than 20 years of cooperation, the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, directly IPAM, have successfully organized many international seminars, workshops and projects serving the interests of the community. As leading research and training institutions in the social sciences and humanities, IPAM and VNU-USSH are proud to advise many policies for the Vietnamese government, for agencies and departments from central to local levels.

Ms. Katja Kipping - Former Co-Chair of the German Left Party, former Senator for Integration, Labor and Society, Berlin Senate shared: Visiting and working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is an opportunity for both sides to share research results, improve training quality and co-publish. With the friendship of more than 20 years between the school and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, the two sides will be a bridge for exchanging students and lecturers, promoting training and scientific research activities in the future, actively contributing to the process of planning and implementing policies, promoting socio-economic development and international integration.
On the same day, experts from the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation had a discussion with scientists and students participating in the SETY 2024 summer camp project on topics such as sustainable development and socio-ecological transition.
In January 2024, the Institute of Policy and Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation, Federal Republic of Germany had
Working session and signing of cooperation documents to implement the SETY projectand future community service projects. It is known that the project "Youth and issues of socio-ecological transition and sustainable community development" has been implemented since 2022 until now, is the result of cooperation between the Institute of Policy and Management, University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation and is an important premise for the two sides to continue implementing the project to enhance the capacity of young people who are passionate about research and interested in research issues on the environment, socio-ecological transition and sustainable development.
