The new term Science and Technology Council held its first meeting

The Science and Training Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for the 2009-2014 term held its first meeting on January 23, 2010.

At this meeting, the council members discussed many important issues related to the development orientation of training and scientific research of the School in the coming time.

Issues discussed include:

- Orientation and main tasks in scientific research work of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the period 2010-2020.

- Adjusting the occupational structure and developing new training sectors and types in the 2010-2015 period.

- Adjust training programs towards enhancing connectivity and linkage between majors in the credit-based training conditions at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Promote distance education at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

- Promote the preparation of the project to establish the Department of Policy Science.

- Separate the subject of Rural - Urban Sociology and organize training according to majors.
