Training on management leadership skills

On December 26, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a training session on leadership and management skills for staff who are heads and deputy heads of departments, heads of affiliated faculties/departments, and directors of centers under the school.

The presenter is Prof. Dr. Truong Quang Hoc (Center for Natural Resources and Environmental Studies, VNU). The topic of the presentation is: Research group - from thinking to practice.

Main presentation contents include:

- Scientific research at universities and research universities

- Research group as the basic structural unit of the university

- Mechanism of combining research groups

- Propose solutions to build strong research groups in universities.
