Conference of key officials of the Principal's block

On August 10, 2011, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a conference of key officials of the Rectorate. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu chaired the conference.Attending the conference were the Board of Directors; Chairman of the Trade Union, Secretary of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Student Association, Chairman of the Veterans Association of the school; leaders of departments... The conference focused on discussing and contributing ideas for two drafts: Summary report of the 2010-2011 school year and the plan of tasks for the 2011-2012 school year; and Work plan for the 2011-2012 school year. On behalf of the Board of Directors, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son - Vice Principal - presented the draft Summary report of the 2010-2011 school year and the plan of tasks for the 2011-2012 school year. The report clearly stated some outstanding achievements in the school year, the results of implementing the plan of tasks for the school year in each specific activity: political work and student work, university administration, application of information technology; training; scientific research; staff organization; financial plan; facilities; foreign affairs and international training cooperation; quality assessment. Immediately after that, representatives of the functional departments continued to contribute ideas to edit and supplement the draft work plan for the 2011-2012 school year. At the end of the conference, consensus was reached on the content of the summary report of the 2010-2011 school year and the task plan for the 2011-2012 school year as well as the work plan for the 2011-2012 school year. Synthesizing the ideas, the Board of Directors will complete and issue the above two documents in the near future.
