Establishment of International Doctoral Training Center

On August 3, 2011, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Rector of the University signed Decision No. 1423/QD-XHNV-TC on the establishment of the International Doctoral Training Joint Center under the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The International Doctoral Training Joint Center operates under the Regulations on organization and operation approved by the Rector. On the same day, the Rector also signed a decision to appoint Dr. Luu Minh Van, Dr. Pham Quoc Thanh, Dr. Lai Quoc Khanh - lecturers of the Faculty of Political Science to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Faculty of Political Science.
