a) Training programs allocate foreign language time (14 credits) into 3 semesters, the number of credits is 4 - 5 - 5 respectively. Training programs with this subject time greater than 14 will be arranged in the next semester.
b) The Oriental Studies and International Studies majors are taught in a general foreign language with a duration of 14 credits according to the regulations of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU).
c) For high-quality training programs, units temporarily stop rearranging the training process according to the 8-semester design to wait for the final conclusion of VNU on the duration of foreign language subjects.
d) Completion deadline: Before September 30, 2009
a) Maintain the CVHT work model as in the 2008-2009 school year.
b) Unit leaders need to pay closer attention to this work, periodically have meetings with CVHT to grasp and guide CVHT in handling work, especially when organizing course registration for students.
c) From the 2009-2010 school year, add to the job list of full-time university training assistants the task of being the focal point for implementing work from the school or unit leaders to CVHTs.
a) Handling 21 students who did not register for courses in the first semester, school year 2009 - 2010 with the form offirst academic warningand allow these students to register for additional courses.
b) Due to software errors in calculating subject scores, the academic performance review has not yet implemented all the contents according to training regulations. Units base on the score data announced by the Training Department to review academic performance for semester I, school year 2009-2010.

a) Because the software cannot distinguish between the first-time tuition fee and the tuition fee for improving grades and retaking, the system calculates the tuition fee for students at the same rate while the tuition fee for improving grades and retaking is 125% and 150% of the original tuition fee, respectively. To support the Training Department in calculating tuition feesrelearnSemester I, school year 2009-2010, units let students declare the subjects they register to retake (according to the form below) in this semester because students have registered with the first subject in the system.

a) Students choose their majors according to their own needs. To ensure the scheduling of specialized classes, according to the course schedule, in the 5th semester, students register to study their majors according to the faculty's plan.
b) Units organize for students to register for majors before March 31 every year. Based on the number of registered students, the Principal decides to open majors according to academic regulations. This regulation will be applied from the 2009-2010 school year.
6.1 Register for teaching time
a) Type of subject registered for teaching time:
- The course (2 or 3 credits) must be taught within half a semester.
- The subject is taught on weekends (Saturday) or in the evening according to the teacher's needs.
- A subject (2 credits) taught by 1 lecturer for 2 classes in the same semester; a subject (2 credits) for 1 class and a subject (3 credits) for another class taught by 1 lecturer in the same semester.
b) How to organize teaching registration
- Every year, units plan to open courses in the next semester (October for semester II, March for semester I).
- The faculty organizes for lecturers in charge of subjects in section a) to register teaching time.
6.2 Register for teaching volume
Applicable to subjects where the department needs to regulate teaching volume to ensure human resources and implement the same process as registering teaching time.
Units strengthen the role of specialized departments and the role of the unit's training inspection team in finding appropriate solutions to manage subject classes and ensure the substance of regular test and assessment scores.
The Training Department and the Inspection Board plan to survey the implementation of this work by the faculties and report to the Board of Directors before October 30, 2009.
The Planning and Finance Department shall take the lead in proposing a plan to allocate the management budget for classes and subjects in the training management budget for the 2008-2009 school year and for the following school years. Report to the Board of Directors before October 15, 2009.
The school requests that heads of units focus on directing the good implementation of the above tasks.
