Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 977/VNU-VP dated March 31, 2020 of the Director of Vietnam National University, Hanoi on urgent measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic, in the face of the complicated developments of the epidemic, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities requests units to implement the following contents:
1. Arrange for staff not to go to school and handle work online, except for special cases that require them to go to the office (such as leadership duty, administrative duty to handle urgent work, security duty and ensuring epidemic prevention and hygiene...) from April 1, 2020 to April 15, 2020.
Heads of units are responsible for assigning, supervising, and monitoring the progress of task completion of officers in their units.
2. Lecturers throughout the school continue to implement online teaching activities according to the proposed plan.
3. Require all staff to absolutely not move from their place of residence and strictly comply with disease prevention and control measures according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
4. Regularly pay attention to, grasp and update information on the epidemic situation related to staff and students of the unit; promptly report to the Board of Directors and the School's Epidemic Prevention Steering Committee if any problems arise at the unit.
5. Heads of units are responsible if their units have people infected due to not fully understanding and not implementing the directives on Covid-19 prevention and control of all levels and the School.
Request the Head of the unit to pay attention and direct the implementation of the above contents.
