29 students completed the "Human resource management skills training course"

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi (Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Management Science), MSc. Nguyen Hong Duy (Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Archives and Office Management), Associate Professor Dr. Vu Thi Phung (Head of the Department of Office Management, Faculty of Archives and Office Management). On the side of the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators, there were Dr. Han Manh Tien (Chairman of the Association) and MSc. Nguyen Thanh Hoan (Vice Chairman of the Association).

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Chi expressed her joy at the positive results of the students after the course: "I am very happy that the course can support students in using interdisciplinary skills, and most importantly, when asked, many students answered that they have found jobs and are working in the right field of human resources administration."

Dr. Han Manh Tien (Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators) also highly appreciated the effectiveness of the course, considering it a good and meaningful initiative for students in the context of fierce competition in the current labor market.

The course “Human Resource Management” opened on April 10, 2018, jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators to provide basic knowledge and skills in human resource management for students.

The course is designed with the following learning contents: overview of human resource management; skills in building job descriptions and recruiting human resources; skills in training and developing human resources; labor relations management; job performance evaluation; salary and bonus management; labor law in human resource management; physiognomy in human resource management... The teaching staff is mainly senior experts in human resource management at enterprises, representatives of the Vietnam Association of Business Administrators and lecturers of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
