The "Creativity" round - the final round of the first Academic Counseling Competition took place last night, May 18.In the form of dramatization, 4 teams of History, Philosophy, Management Science, and Literature participated in the final round and went through 3 rounds: 'Introduction to the training industry and CVHT work of the unit' - 'Rhetorical speech about CVHT work' - 'Handling situations in CVHT work'. In the round "Introduction to the training industry and CVHT work of the unit", the teams brought impressive, attractive, humorous and cheerful performances through real, specific situations. Especially in this round, students accompanied and created with CVHT to vividly present their unit's performance.

In the “Speech” contest, CVHT units draw lots to choose a topic, each unit’s representative has a maximum of 5 minutes to speak on a topic. Next, in the “Situation Handling” contest, the teams watch situation clips for 3 minutes and have 2 minutes to present the content of their unit’s situation handling. Finally, each team must answer two questions from the representative of the Board of Judges.

Closing the 3 exciting, attractive and creative competitions, the final results of the first Academic Advisory Competition, the first prize went to the Faculty of Management Science with a total score of 82.09 for the 3 competitions; the Faculty of Literature won the special prize with a score of 84.94; the second prize went to the Faculty of Philosophy and the third prize went to the Faculty of History. In addition, based on the scores of the first round (Accompanying), based on the exam directly conducted by the Academic Advisor in the final round and based on the introduction of the faculties, the title of Outstanding Academic Advisor of the first Academic Advisory Competition was awarded to MSc. Hoang Cam Giang - Academic Advisor of the Faculty of Literature. Along with that, the final night of the Competition also summarized and awarded prizes to the students who won the contest "Raising questions and creating situations for Academic Advisors" on the website ussh.vnu.edu.vn. In his closing remarks at the competition, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Kim Son - Vice Principal of the School affirmed: The first CVHT Professional Competition at the School is the first competition in the country. The competition is an opportunity to honor typical CVHT models, contributing to building solutions to innovate the CVHT working model of the School. This is also an important activity in the solutions to promote in-depth credit training. More importantly, through this competition, CVHTs of all units in the School had the opportunity to share difficulties and shortcomings, discuss and propose solutions to better fulfill the role and responsibility of CVHT in current credit training.
