I. Evaluation of leadership results in January and February 2012

1. Professional work 1.1. Training:- Directing the organization of the first semester exam of the 2011-2012 school year. - Directing the Training Department, Postgraduate Training Department and units to promote the implementation of the conversion of undergraduate and postgraduate training programs; developing output standards. - Training on innovative teaching methods for young staff; implementing strategic tasks. - Directing the completion of the mid-term School evaluation report.1.2. Scientific and technological activities, international cooperation:- Directing the organization of seminars: Media culture in the integration period; Regional integration: Perspectives of the European Union and ASEAN; - Directing the development and expansion of training cooperation with international universities and enterprises.1. 3. Political and student work:- Complete the scholarship review for the first semester of the 2011-2012 school year. - Organize well the university admissions consulting work in 2012.1. 4. Financial and facilities planning:- Directing the continued renovation and expansion of facilities, completing the documents to raise the floor of building C, and renovating the 8th floor hall of building E. - Preparing the 2011 budget settlement - Deploying the development of the administrative reform project according to ISO standards.2. Party work results: 2.1. Propaganda work:Directing Party cells and units to carry out activities to celebrate the Party's founding anniversary and the New Year of the Dragon.2.2. Organization and personnel work:- Directed the introduction and appointment of 02 more Vice Principals to continue the 2009 - 2014 term. - Directed the preparation for recruitment of staff and civil servants in 2012. - Directed the implementation of seniority allowances for staff and civil servants.2.3. Party organization and member building work:- The Party Committee elected 02 additional members of the Party Executive Committee: + Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa + Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu. - The Party Committee elected 02 additional members of the Party Standing Committee: + Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa + Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Kim. - Assignment of work for 02 comrades elected to the Party Standing Committee: + Comrade Nguyen Van Kim, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Member of the Party Committee and holding the position of Head of the Party Committee's Organization Committee. + Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa, holding the position of Head of the Party Committee's Propaganda Department. - The Party Committee assigned Party Committee members to be in charge of the following Party cells: + Comrade Nguyen Van Kim, in charge of Party cell I of the administrative block; + Comrade Nguyen Quang Lieu, in charge of the Party cell of the Department of Archives and Office Administration; + Comrade Tran Thi Minh Hoa, in charge of the Party cell of the Department of Tourism Studies and Party cell II of the administrative block; + Comrade Nguyen Van Hieu, in charge of the Party cell of the Department of Journalism & Communication; + The remaining Party cells are assigned according to the Party Committee's assignment from the beginning of the term. - Direct the Inspection Committee to inspect the Party work of a number of Party cells. - Consider admitting 09 Party members and officially transferring 05 probationary Party members.3. Activities of organizations:Directing the Congress of Veterans Association, Trade Union, Youth Union to prepare for the term congress and deploy activities according to assigned tasks. General assessment: The Party Committee has led the unit to successfully complete regular and extraordinary tasks of professional work and well perform the leadership role for the unit.

II. Focus of work in March and April 2012

1. Directing the unit to implement the second semester plan for the 2011-2012 school year; completing the conversion of undergraduate and graduate training programs; developing output standards. Directing the organization of the first round of graduate entrance exams in 2012. Training on innovative teaching methods. 2. Directing the completion of the International Studies Faculty Board and implementing the training of staff to carry out strategic tasks. 3. Directing the preparation of scientific seminars/conferences. 4. Directing the Congress of the Trade Union and Youth Union of the School. 5. Continuing to direct the renovation of facilities in the Thuong Dinh area. Implementing the innovation of university governance according to ISO standards. 6. Organizing the Party Conference in 2012.
