Financial Operations Guidance Conference 2009

On December 24, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities held a conference to guide financial activities in 2009. The delegates attending were representatives of leaders of units and financial specialists. Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu chaired the conference.

- Procedures and processes for advance payment and payment of expenses

- Instructions on how to record financial income and expenditure

- Guidelines for managing and using some additional sources of income at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities
