Some targets of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in the 2009-2010 school year were approved by the Conference of Delegates of Staff and Civil Servants on October 24, 2009.
- The school achieved the title of Excellent Advanced School;
- At least 80% of units achieve the title of Advanced Labor Collective, of which 50% achieve the title of Excellent Advanced Collective;
- At least 80% of officials and civil servants achieve the title of Advanced Worker, of which 25% are emulation fighters at all levels;
- All staff with master's and doctoral degrees defend their theses and dissertations on time; 85% of lecturers have post-graduate degrees, of which 20% have the titles of professor and associate professor;
- 100% of the staff in charge of scientific research topics at all levels accepted on time; each lecturer and researcher published at least 01 scientific work;
- 95% of high-quality students achieved good or better academic results, of which 45% achieved excellent results; 100% of international standard students achieved good or better academic results, of which 30% achieved excellent results;
- 70% of standard students achieve good or better academic results; reduce the rate of poor students to below 5%.
