Launching the new term of the Faculty of Management Science

On September 15, 2010, the Faculty of Management Science held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Management Science for the 2010-2015 term and held the opening ceremony of the new school year 2010-2011.On behalf of the school's leadership, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu - Permanent Vice President - presented the appointment decisions to Dr. Tran Van Hai - to hold the position of Head of the Faculty, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Ngoc Thanh - to hold the position of Vice Head of the Faculty, Dr. Dao Thanh Truong - to hold the position of Vice Head of the Faculty. In his congratulatory speech to the Faculty, Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Duc Nghieu expressed the school's expectations for the Faculty of Management Science, especially the new dynamic and creative leadership team that will continue to lead the Faculty of Management Science to develop strongly. On behalf of the new Faculty Executive Committee, Dr. Tran Van Hai expressed his thanks and gratitude to the previous Executive Committee for their great contributions to the science and training of the faculty over the past years. After the announcement ceremony of the new Executive Committee, the Faculty of Management Science organized an award ceremony and presented certificates of merit to 11 students of the faculty with excellent academic achievements, many contributions to the class movement, the Youth Union, and the Association, overcoming difficulties to study. In the 2010-2011 school year, the Faculty of Management Science welcomed 129 first-year students with the second highest entrance score in the whole school, and 1 student was the valedictorian with an entrance score of 26. After 5 years of establishment (from August 11, 2006), up to now, the Faculty of Management Science has become a strong and growing unit. The number of students admitted every year is always the top, with the entrance score always in the top 3 leading faculties in the whole school, and is 1 of 5 units of the School assigned to train high-quality bachelors of science.
