On October 2, 2010, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hanoi People's Committee and KX.09 Program Office held a ceremony to announce the results of the State-level scientific research program: "Research on promoting natural, economic, social conditions and historical and cultural values of 1000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi to serve the comprehensive development of the Capital", code KX.09.
On October 2, 2010, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Hanoi People's Committee and KX.09 Program Office held a ceremony to announce the results of the State-level scientific research program: "Research on promoting natural, economic, social conditions and historical and cultural values of 1000 years of Thang Long - Hanoi to serve the comprehensive development of the Capital", code KX.09.Of the 12 research topics, 3 topics chaired by staff of the Faculty of History - University of Social Sciences and Humanities were recognized as excellent. The topic "Thang Long - Hanoi as the political and administrative center of the country - lessons on management and development", code KX.09.02, chaired by Associate Professor, Dr. Vu Van Quan, received a Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Science and Technology. The topic "Lessons from foreign affairs activities of Thang Long - Hanoi", code KX.09.03, chaired by Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Xuan Hang, and the topic "Education and training of Thang Long - Hanoi: orientation for the development of education and training of the capital in the period of industrialization and modernization", code KX.09.07, chaired by Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Hai Ke, received a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee. The above research topics have also been published in the "Thang Long Thousand Years of Culture Bookcase" - one of the official activities of the 10-day Grand Festival. This is the largest scientific research program on Thang Long - Hanoi ever, contributing to comprehensively solving fundamental issues related to the life of Thang Long - Hanoi over ten centuries, identifying the potentials integrated from tradition, stagnant in the present, proposing viewpoints, orientations and solutions to effectively promote those potentials to serve the cause of sustainable development of the Capital. The program is chaired by the Hanoi People's Committee, with Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu as Chairman, including 11 research topics in each specific field of life of Thang Long - Hanoi and 01 summary topic, with codes from KX.09.01 to KX.09.12.
