Party Committee's October work plan

The Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities announced the evaluation of leadership results in July, August, September 2010 and key tasks in October 2010.

I. Leadership results in July, August, September 2010

1. Directing the grading of exams, announcing the results of university admissions in 2010 and implementing the implementation of the third semester of the 2009-2010 school year. 2. Directing the reception of K55 students (1,526 students) and implementing political studies at the beginning of the school year. 3. Directing the organization of activities to commemorate the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), the August Revolution and National Day (September 2). 4. Directing the development of the 2010-2011 school year plan and the second round of postgraduate admissions in 2010 (with 565 graduate students and 60 doctoral students admitted). 5. Directing the Youth Union and Student Association to organize summer volunteer work well. 6. Directed the organization of the year-end summary and emulation and reward assessment for the 2009-2010 school year and the implementation of national defense and security work and militia and self-defense in 2010. 7. Organized the reception and working session of Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan and the Chairman of the People's Government of Guangxi Province, China. 8. Directed the organization of the school year opening ceremony and the Conference of cadres and civil servants for the 2010-2011 school year. 9. Considered the admission of 05 new party members and officially transferred them to 12 probationary party members. General assessment: The entire Party Committee has well implemented the proposed work plan. However, the Party Committees of some Party Cells have not paid due attention to the development of the school year plan and the organization of the conference of cadres and civil servants of the unit.

II. Key tasks in October 2010

1. Directing the implementation of activities towards the organization of the 65th anniversary of the school's tradition: propaganda, beautification of the school campus, organization of scientific seminars and the celebration ceremony on November 17, 2010. 2. Developing a plan to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress and the Resolution of the 4th Party Congress of Hanoi National University. 3. Directing the Party cells and units to develop a plan to implement the Resolution of the 26th Party Congress. 4. Directing the completion of the school's staffing work and preparation for recruitment of cadres and civil servants in 2010. 5. Directing the summary of credit-based training work; Units proactively cooperate with partners to organize short-term training programs; enrolling students in non-formal classes inside and outside the school; Opening of dual degree classes, international training joint classes, opening of master's and doctoral courses in 2010. 6. Directing participation in activities celebrating the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long - Hanoi. 7. Directing the completion of the personnel organization of the Inspection Board, some centers and departments of the faculty.
