Orientation of science and technology topics and tasks for the period 2010-2020

In order to orient the proposed Science and Technology topics and tasks for Hanoi capital in the period of 2010 - 2020, the School requests that Faculties, Research Centers and staff propose projects and research topics, heads of units collect and send written proposals to the Department of Scientific Research Management before January 14, 2011.Projects and research topics will be implemented according to the following specific topics:The research project has two directions:One is to investigate the labor force at the commune and ward levels in Hanoi during the period of industrialization and modernization. The other is to investigate the high-quality human resources serving the cause of industrialization and modernization and the sustainable development of the capital.Research topics can be developed in the following directions:Current situation of organization and operation of Hanoi's political system; Career and employment transition for Hanoi farmers in the process of urbanization; Orientation for the development of the capital's craft villages; Building a map of ecological and cultural tourism in Hanoi; Preserving and exploiting the historical and cultural heritage of the capital; Population distribution, language, and culture in Hanoi; Urban lifestyle and the influence of foreign culture on the current lifestyle and culture in Hanoi: current situation and solutions...
