The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to organize the Graduation Ceremony and award Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2007-X course, academic year 2010-2011.

Meeting location and order of receiving diploma
1.The school organized the awarding of diplomas to all graduates of Course QH-2007-X (SVTN) in the Graduation Ceremony and awarded Bachelor of Science degrees for the 2010-2011 school year. To successfully organize this important event, we request that leaders of units thoroughly inform SVTN of their units of the following contents:
- General rehearsal of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2007-X:
- Time: 7:00 a.m. June 25, 2011 (Saturday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E and 4th and 5th floors, Building G.
Participants: Summon all students to attend (Only students who participate in the rehearsal and sign the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony)
- Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Course QH-2007-X:
- Time: 7:00 a.m. June 27, 2011 (Monday)
- Location: 8th floor hall, Building E.
Participants: Representatives of Departments/Offices, Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Union Secretary, Representatives of Faculty/Department Executive Committees, CT&CTSV assistants and training assistants of units, academic advisors of the QH-2007-X course, and students who participated in the rehearsal. - Gathering place of students from units during the rehearsal and Graduation Ceremony and official awarding of bachelor's degrees. - Students who were awarded from all units and students from the majors of Literature, Han Nom, Sociology, Social Work, Information - Library and Philosophy gathered at the 8th floor Auditorium, Building E (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee). - Students from the remaining majors gathered at lecture halls 407, 408, 501, 502, Building G and Room 701, Building E (
see specific list).
2.Students attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to wear formal attire, be on time and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee. For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and conferment of Bachelor of Science Degrees for the QH-2007-X Course, we request that leaders of units assign officers in charge of informing and urging students to strictly follow the plan set out by the School.
