Closing Ceremony of Korean Language Course for Excellent Employees of Samsung Electronics Vietnam – Thai Nguyen

Attending the closing ceremony, on behalf of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, there were Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan (Vice Principal of the University), teachers of the Department of Korean Studies, Faculty of Oriental Studies; on behalf of Samsung Electronics Vietnam-Thai Nguyen, there was Mr. Bae IL Hwan (Deputy General Director).

On behalf of the teaching staff, Dr. Le Thi Thu Giang (Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities) reported the summary: the course had 16 students and lasted 13 weeks, from March 11 to June 12, 2019. Each day of study averaged 10 hours in the morning - afternoon - evening. Through the learning and training process, the students have made efforts, strived and completed the requirements well. Many students have achieved high results in tests and exams. The teaching staff hopes that after the course, the students will improve and develop their Korean language skills to achieve more success in life and work.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude to Samsung Electronics for trusting and choosing the University of Social Sciences and Humanities as the Korean language training unit for the company's excellent employees over the past many years. The school hopes that in the future, Samsung Electronics will still choose it as a training partner. Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan also expressed his impression with the results achieved by the students. He hopes that through further study of Korean, the students can learn more about the culture, country and people of Korea, and use it as a basis for their work and study. In addition, students who want to further improve their qualifications can request the school to organize additional training classes.

On behalf of Samsung Electronics, Mr. Bae IL Hwan highly appreciated the extensive experience in training of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Group has coordinated with the School to organize 04 courses with 58 students. Many students of the School have been and are working at Samsung Electronics with high efficiency. After returning to the company, the students have all applied very well what they have been instructed and taught by their teachers. He hopes that in the coming time, the cooperation between the School and the Group will become increasingly stronger.
