1. Title of Outstanding Young Face at School Level: Awarded to students, staff under 40 years old who are working and studying at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, have good political and moral qualities, have a healthy lifestyle, actively contribute to social work, class work, Youth Union work, Student Association work, have high prestige and influence in the collective, are respected by the collective and meet one of the following requirements:
a. Young faces with excellent results in study, research and work:
- Students with an average GPA of 3.60 or higher in the 2012-2013 school year, no retakes or retakes in that school year, and excellent training scores.
- Students with difficult circumstances but with the spirit of overcoming difficulties or are exemplary Class/Youth Union/Student Association cadres, with an average GPA of 3.20 to 3.59 for the 2012-2013 school year, with no retakes or retakes in that school year and excellent training scores.
(Students in difficult circumstances are regulated in Circular No. 54/1998/TT-LT dated August 31, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education and Training and Decision No. 09/2011/QD-TTg dated January 30, 2011 of the Prime Minister on promulgating poverty standards applicable for the period 2011 - 2015).
- Graduate students achieve a score of 3.60 or higher in all subjects and have at least 01 article published in a national or international scientific journal.
- PhD students must achieve a score of 3.70 or higher in specialized subjects and have at least 02 articles published in national and international scientific journals.
- Young cadres achieving the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level or higher.
b. Young faces are students who have won official individual prizes in regional and international Olympic competitions.
c. Young faces are cadres or students who won first or second prizes at the national or ministerial level, central sector, Hanoi National University, province, or centrally-run city level in scientific research, culture, arts, and sports.
Note: Titles will not be awarded to students who graduated in the 2012-2013 school year.
2. Selection period: Units conduct selection and send the list (according to the form) directly to the Department of Politics and Student Affairs before November 15, 2013 (Friday).
The school will not consider cases where the application and list are not submitted in the correct form and within the prescribed time limit. After the Decision to recognize the title of "Outstanding Young Face at the school level in 2013", the school will continue to select and propose to honor the title of "Outstanding Young Face at the Hanoi National University level" and award a Certificate of Merit from the Director of Hanoi National University.
Propose that heads of units pay attention to directing and implementing.
