Trade Union II of the Headquarters successfully organized the "Trade Union Congress for the term 2023 - 2028"

Attending the congress were comrade Lai Quoc Khanh - Vice Principal of the school, comrade Tran Thi Dieu - Vice President of the School Union; comrade Nguyen Van Thuy - Secretary of the Party Cell, Head of the Administration - General Department; comrade Kim Thi Diep Ha - President of the II Union and 38 union members of the II Union of the Headquarters. The Congress approved the Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union II of the Block of the Ministry for the term 2017 - 2023, the direction and tasks for the term 2023 - 2028, the Review Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the term 2017 - 2023 and commented on the draft Report of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
During the past term, despite some difficulties, especially in the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Rector's Trade Union II has coordinated with the departmental trade unions to organize well the activities and emulation movements; mobilize and propagate union members to well implement the programs set out by the Executive Committee. The work of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers and union members has been carried out regularly, seriously and achieved good results. With continuous efforts and endeavors, during the past term, the Rector's Trade Union II has been assessed by the superior trade union as a strong trade union and received a certificate of merit from the Hanoi National University Trade Union. Many union officials were awarded certificates of merit by the Hanoi National University Trade Union and many officials received certificates of merit from the University Trade Union.  
In addition, the report also proposed specific directions for the Union Executive Committee's activities in the new term, including 5 main tasks and solutions, and determination to continue innovating the content and methods of operation, building a team of union members, officials, employees, and an increasingly strong Union organization.
Also at the Congress, opinions closely followed the practical situation to propose a number of practical issues for the Trade Union II of the Headquarters in the next term to continue to innovate in professional and technical work; work to develop a strong Trade Union organization; participate in Party building, develop Party members; promote emulation movements, study tours to contribute to the successful implementation of the tasks of the Trade Union and the professional tasks of the unit.
In the spirit of solidarity and democracy, the 2nd Congress of the School's Trade Union elected the Executive Committee for the 2023 - 2028 term, consisting of 3 comrades: Comrade Kim Thi Diep Ha, Comrade Nguyen Tuan Anh and Comrade Vuong Hoang Oanh. The Congress voted to pass the Resolution and Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Faculty Trade Union Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term and elected a delegation of 10 union members to attend the School Trade Union Congress. The 2nd Congress of the Trade Union of the Administrative Bloc, term 2023 - 2028, was a great success. All union members, officials, civil servants and employees of the 2nd Trade Union of the Administrative Bloc are determined to strive to successfully implement the Resolution of the Congress, contributing to the successful completion of the political tasks of the unit./.
