The men's soccer team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (USSH) entered the 2022 tournament with 16 other teams determined to defend the championship of the Hanoi National University tournament.
That determination was turned into action by the whole team, with convincing and resounding victories:
- In the opening match, USSH won against the Student Support Center team with a score of 1-0.
- On the morning of November 19, 2022, in the second match of group A,USSH Teamwon 3-0 against the Lien Quan 2 team.
- On November 24, 2022, the USSH team drew 1-1 with its "neighbor" the University of Natural Sciences. The USSH team officially entered the Quarterfinals with the first position in Group A.
- In the Quarterfinal 1, the USSH Team won convincingly 2-0 against the International School Team.
- The opportunity to successfully defend the championship title was present when on December 8, the USSH team won after a very tense and exciting match until the last minute. Everyone burst into tears after the nerve-wracking penalty shootout. USSH won with a score of 3-2. |
And that day has come, on the grass field of the Hanoi National University Sports Complex (Pham Van Dong), the USSH warriors have shown that they are completely worthy of the championship with a convincing victory over the VNU Agency Team in the Final match on December 15 (3 times reaching the Final and 2 consecutive times winning the championship).

Goalkeeper Trinh Van Bang was awarded the Best Goalkeeper award by the Organizing Committee.
This sweet gift is a thank you to the attention of the School Board, the School Union, the Youth Union, the School Student Association; the companionship and dedication of the fans who are teachers, students and pupils of the school who always follow each match of the team; the support of the players' families. And above all, it is a worthy reward for the dedication, devotion, determination and contribution, a beautiful, united, team-oriented and humane style of play of the players.
