Attending the meeting were Associate Professor Dr. Tran Thi Minh Hoa - Vice Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim - Vice Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and a number of leaders of the University of Natural Sciences.
Implementing the Regulations on regular university admission issued together with Decision No. 967/QD – VNU dated March 18, 2015 and Instruction No. 1002/HD – VNU dated March 20, 2015 on the work of examination and regular university admission in 2015, VNU has been actively implementing activities to prepare for the 2015 regular university admission capacity assessment exam. Based on the number of candidates registering for the exam and the actual conditions of each unit, VNU has made an urgent decision to assign units to be in charge of examination clusters and assign responsibilities to units regarding the development of a detailed plan for organizing the Capacity Assessment exam.
Accordingly, VNU will organize two exam sessions in May and August at 9 exam clusters nationwide. Of which, Hanoi has 3 clusters with 32,690 candidates at 11 exam sites. Cum 2 includes 4 exam sites: University of Social Sciences and Humanities - VNU, University of Natural Sciences, FPT College of Practice, Thang Long University. Of these 4 exam sites, the University of Natural Sciences is mainly responsible.
During the meeting, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities reported on the preparation and organization of the university competency assessment exam in May 2015, including: completed work, ongoing work and assignment of tasks.
Accordingly, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has completed 10/15 assigned tasks. The remaining five tasks are issues that need further discussion and agreement with the University of Natural Sciences.
At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed on the remaining issues, ensuring a safe and quality exam on May 30 and 31.
