On May 9, 2015, on the 8th floor of Building E, a group work skills exchange class was held by the Student Association of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The group work skills class was organized to improve group work ability and create a close and practical environment for students to exchange and learn from each other.

Attending the exchange were two guest speakers: MSc. Nguyen Thu Thuy - Lecturer of Faculty of Tourism Studies - Director of Science and Tourism Services Company Limited, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi); Mr. Vo Van Hai - Former Head of Admissions Department, FPT University; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lan - President of the School's Student Association and students from the faculties.

The speaker presented the role and form of teamwork, the requirements for each position in the group and guided the working method. This provided students with useful skills in teamwork. In order to inspire students from the very beginning, speaker Nguyen Thu Thuy invited a group of 3 members to the stage to carry out the requirements of her and the students. From there, she pointed out the mistakes that the students in the group made and led them to a lively presentation on Teamwork Skills. In nearly an hour, she organized a theoretical framework with practical examples to help students have an overview of the issue of teamwork: Group organization, the role of teamwork and its influence. At the same time, all students in the Hall participated in games - exercises applying the theory that she had conveyed before. The Hall was divided into 4 groups, each round was a competition between two teams. The diverse games created excitement and creativity for students. The humorous and tense situations heated up the hall. After the game, the students found their own answers about how to operate and plan group work effectively.

An hour later, there was an enthusiastic sharing by speaker Vo Van Hai about Teamwork Skills not only in the school context but also in the broader social context, in large corporations and enterprises. He gave keywords to start each of his arguments. Issues about how to divide groups, select members for effectiveness, and attitudes in group activities were all carefully analyzed and discussed by him. The students all focused on listening, taking notes and asking questions. What created the most curiosity and interest for students were the real-life situations in group work in large companies and enterprises. At the same time, it was about solving difficulties when working in groups in specific circumstances and conditions. The speaker answered students' questions and gave advice for each specific situation.

The skills class received positive feedback from students.
